The army said the tank apparently overturned on border with Egypt
JERUSALEM: An Israeli soldier was killed and three others were injured in a tank accident near Egypt’s border, according to the Israeli military on Saturday.
In a statement, the army said the tank was on an operational deployment when it apparently overturned, wounding four.
The soldiers were dispatched to hospital where one died of his wounds, the army said.
The military said it has launched an investigation into the incident.–AA
