Army Corps to Lead Cleanup After Baltimore Bridge Collapse

Following the collapse of the Francis Scott Key Bridge in Baltimore on March 26, 2024, Lt. Gen. Scott Spellmon, Chief of Engineers for the Army Corps of Engineers, surveyed the damage.
