Gary Mayor Thanks Residents for Successful Summer, Looks Ahead to Fall Season

As summer transitions to fall, Gary Mayor Eddie Melton extended heartfelt thanks to city staff, volunteers, and residents for their contributions to a memorable season of events and activities. In a message to the community, Mayor Melton acknowledged the success of events such as the sunset concert featuring the Gary Civic Symphony Orchestra and the Northwest Indiana Symphony, as well as the collaborative workshops with Notre Dame, which focused on shaping the city’s new master plan.
