KABUL, Afghanistan: Multiple explosions on Monday rocked the eastern Afghan province of Nangarhar, killing at least four people and injuring 20 others, an official said.
Attaullah Khogyani, spokesman for the provincial governor, told Anadolu Agency that four explosions targeted the most crowded place of the Talashi district in the provincial capital, Jalalabad city, during the fast-breaking meal, or iftar.
Khogyani said four people in critical condition after sustaining injuries.
There has been no immediate claim of responsibility for the blasts.–AA
