North Korea announced its first suspected case of virus in the region.

North Koren authorities applied lockdown on the Border side city of Kaesong after suspecting the country’s first coronavirus case, state media reported on Sunday. North Koren Leader Kim Jong Un summon an emergency meeting on Saturday to impose a maximum emergency lockdown to prevent further spread of the virus in the country. If confirmed, it would be the first case of a novel coronavirus in North Korea. The patient was found in Kaesong city which Borders South Korea and was put in strict quarantine.
