Helicopter crashed near Aldborough village in North Yorkshire, police say
LONDON: One person was killed in a helicopter crash in North Yorkshire, England, according to a statement by the local police force.
The statement said there were no passengers in the aircraft during the accident and the deceased pilot has not been identified.
Fire and emergency services attended the crash site “near the village of Aldborough near Boroughbridge,” in Midlands, on Wednesday afternoon, according to the initial statements by the police and the emergency services.
