Tornado in Kansas Claims One Life, Destroys Homes

A tornado wreaked havoc in Westmoreland, Kansas, leading to one fatality and significant destruction, as reported by Pottawatomie County officials. The tornado struck on Tuesday evening, damaging 22 homes and several outbuildings. Emergency response teams are actively assessing the damage and searching for injured residents. In addition to the loss of life, three other individuals sustained non-critical injuries. The entire city was left without power following the storm.
