Encore uses PET (polyethylene terephthalate) as well as R-PET (recycled polyethylene terephthalate), and PLA biopolymer (a sugar-derived bioplastic) much better than petrochemcal based plastic materials. Shanta said her industry is just over $12M, contains around 10 smart machines which can be operated by only one operator and you do not require highly skilled, expensive labor in order to operate pre bottling industry. Encore delivers roughly 100,000 performs in 24hrs cycle with one operator which is most smart industry to be considered due to intensive labore shortage in North America.
