Government Control on Foreign Currencies in Iran

TEHRAN, IRAN – APRIL 16: People stand outside of an exchange bureau in Tehran, Iran on April 16, 2018. Iranian government set a ban on the transfer of foreign currencies at exchange bureaus to prevent the exchange rates from rising any further. Exchange rate of dollar, which exceeds 6000 tomans in the free market, was announced stabilised at 4200 tomans.
