On Sunday, a Palestinian women shot dead when she walked on the crossfire of a combat between drug dealers in the area of Shatila refugee camp in Beirut, according to the state-run National New Agency, adding that she was shot down in a gum battle between local drug dealers.
After being injured by bullet, she was immediately taken to the hospital but died of her extreme injuries. She had her baby along at the time of incident and got head injuries. However, the baby was taken to the hospital in a critical condition.
According to the local media, Palestinian refugees in Lebanon made strong arguments and asked the United Nations Relief and Work Agency (UNRWA) to make its efforts in helping the refugees via increasing its support amid economic crisis and pandemic outbreak.
