New Appointment Scheduling Options for Migrants in Mexico Announced

Migrants in Northern and Central Mexico will continue to have the ability to schedule appointments at eight designated ports of entry along the U.S.-Mexico border. This service will soon expand to include the states of Tabasco and Chiapas, allowing migrants to make appointments without needing to travel far north.

This anticipated update aims to streamline the process for migrants and will be detailed further before its implementation.

Officials emphasized that the U.S. is in constant communication with the Government of Mexico, working collaboratively to adjust policies and practices in response to evolving migration trends and security requirements.–News Desk
