Tiny Miner Targets Major Canadian Discovery

Small Explorer Eyes Billion Dollar Mining District

Gold prices have surged dramatically, while mining stocks have delivered even stronger gains. Major gold-mining indexes reportedly climbed around 160% in 2025, significantly outperforming the broader stock market.

With many investors having missed the initial rally, attention is now shifting toward smaller exploration companies that could benefit from strong metal prices and potentially make significant discoveries of their own.

While some investment stories are built around established revenues and profits, exploration companies often begin with something much simpler: a promising property, encouraging geological signs and the possibility of discovering valuable resources beneath the ground.

Bighorn Metals Corp. (HRNY) is one such early-stage exploration company. Its flagship Loljuh property in British Columbia is located within a well-known mining region surrounded by major mineral deposits, historic producing mines and active projects representing billions of dollars in potential metal value.

For junior mining companies, a single exceptional drilling result can transform investor sentiment almost overnight. A previously obscure explorer can quickly attract market attention, particularly if drilling confirms a substantial mineral discovery.

Bighorn Metals’ Loljuh property covers roughly 1,657 hectares in central British Columbia. The project is located approximately 40 kilometres south of Smithers and 32 kilometres west of Houston.

Exploration work has already identified seven mineralized zones across the property, giving the company several areas to investigate as it searches for potentially significant mineral resources.
