Iranian official dies from coronavirus

Tehran – A member of Iran’s expediency council dies from novel coronavirus, as per local news agency.
Mohammad Mirmohammadi, a 76-year-old member of the council was fighting for his life in the capital Tehran, IRNA said.
Mirmohammad was a former parliamentarian for Qom province. He was appointed a member of the expediency council in 2018, the advisory council for supreme Iranian leader Ayatollah Khomeini.
Iran announced the death toll from coronavirus has mounted to 54, with total 978 confirmed cases.
Globally, the death toll from coronavirus has reached to more than 3000, while 88,000 people are affected.
The world health organization has already declared a state of a global health emergency.–Worldwide News
