KYIV — Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy said Kyiv has a “new chance to finish the war” as the government and its international partners discuss a framework for peace.
The president outlined the next steps, including a chiefs-of-staff meeting scheduled for Monday, followed by a leaders-level summit in Paris on Tuesday. Zelenskyy emphasized the importance of close coordination among allies to ensure progress toward a peaceful resolution.
Officials from partner countries are expected to review security arrangements, humanitarian support, and post-conflict reconstruction plans during the discussions. Zelenskyy called the talks “critical for Ukraine’s future stability and sovereignty.
