Bosnian Club Fires Coaches, Players After Disappointing Season

Sloboda Tuzla, a historic Bosnian football club, made a drastic decision to part ways with all its coaches and players after enduring a dismal season. President Azmir Husic revealed the heartbreaking move, describing it as one of the hardest choices he’s ever had to make. The club, struggling at the bottom of the Premier League with just two points from 17 games, has suffered 15 losses and scored only five goals.

Husic expressed his hopes for mutual contract terminations in the coming days and outlined the club’s intention to rebuild. With 16 games remaining, Sloboda Tuzla is determined to fight for survival and avoid relegation. Founded in 1919, the club, which has a rich history, now faces the daunting challenge of regrouping and rediscovering its former glory in the face of a challenging season.
