U.S. and allied forces successfully completed Exercise Bull Shark 25-2 on Arta Beach in Djibouti, strengthening multinational cooperation in crisis response and personnel recovery.
The semiannual training, led by the Combined Joint Task Force – Horn of Africa, included participation from Djiboutian, French, Japanese, and European Union naval forces. The exercise aimed to improve communication, coordination, and operational readiness among partner nations operating in East Africa.
During the drills, service members carried out hoist operations, security patrols, and simulated communications tasks alongside real-world coordination efforts. Joint activities also included maneuver training and casualty evacuation drills, showcasing the agility and interoperability of participating forces.
Exercise Bull Shark 25-2 highlights the continued commitment of international partners to maintain regional stability and respond effectively to emergencies.
