Chinese President Xi Jinping and Indonesian President Prabowo Subianto signed a series of cooperation agreements during a meeting in Beijing on Saturday. These agreements, aimed at strengthening bilateral ties, cover crucial sectors such as water conservation, maritime resources, and mining. The collaboration is expected to lead to significant investments, with over $10 billion in agreements set to be signed at a meeting between Indonesian officials and Chinese companies. The partnership is part of a broader effort to advance the “China-Indonesia Community with a Shared Future.” Xi expressed China’s readiness to collaborate with Indonesia on poverty alleviation, agriculture, medicine, and fisheries.
