Hundreds of rescuers search for missing after floods kill 51 in central Texas. Fifteen children are among the dead. In Kerr County, 43 people died and 27 children are still missing from a Christian camp by the Guadalupe River. Sheriff Larry Leitha vowed nonstop efforts to find everyone.
