Turkey, Georgia agree to enhance border security

Interior ministers of both countries meet in Georgian capital Tbilisi
TBILISI, Georgia: Turkey and Georgia on Friday signed a memorandum of understanding to enhance security of the border between the two countries.
Interior Minister Suleyman Soylu and his Georgian counterpart Giorgi Gakharia met in capital Tbilisi.
The two ministers also discussed the fight against terrorism, including Fetullah Terror Organization (FETO), the group behind the 2016 defeated coup attempt, and illegal migration.
Soylu will also meet Prime Minister Giorgi Kvirikashvili during his visit. – AA
