Kazakh President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev arrived in Germany on Monday for discussions aimed at deepening the strategic partnership between Kazakhstan and Germany, according to Kazakhstan’s presidential press service Akorda.
During his visit to Berlin, Tokayev is expected to meet with German President Frank-Walter Steinmeier and Chancellor Friedrich Merz to discuss bilateral relations and areas of cooperation.
The Kazakh president is also scheduled to meet senior executives from major German companies and financial institutions, along with university leaders and representatives of research institutions.
As part of his trip, Tokayev will travel to Munich to attend a technology business forum. He is also due to participate in a separate business forum in Berlin, highlighting opportunities for stronger economic and technological cooperation between the two countries.
