The Pentagon announced on Friday that it is providing Ukraine with an additional $425 million in military support. This marks the 69th package of equipment sent to Ukraine since August 2021. The new aid will enhance Ukraine’s capabilities by supplying air defense interceptors, munitions for artillery and rocket systems, armored vehicles, and anti-tank weaponry.
This announcement coincides with reports that North Korea has dispatched approximately 10,000 troops to Russia to support its efforts in Ukraine. Secretary of State Antony Blinken indicated that around 8,000 of these troops are currently positioned in the Kursk region, close to the Ukrainian border, and may soon be deployed in the conflict
