UN Endorses Pakistan’s Peace Framework for Global Dispute Resolution

The United Nations General Assembly has adopted a Pakistan-led resolution promoting the peaceful settlement of international disputes. The resolution passed with strong support from a wide group of UN member states.
Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Ishaq Dar spearheaded the initiative. He called it a vital step toward international peace and security through diplomacy and cooperation.
