The United Nations has demanded “answers and justice” following the killing of Palestinian medics and first responders in Gaza. The UN called for accountability after the Palestinian Red Crescent recovered the bodies of paramedics, as well as first responders from Gaza’s Civil Defense, and a UN staff member in Rafah.
The deaths of these frontline workers highlight the ongoing violence and risks faced by humanitarian personnel in conflict zones. The UN has called for a thorough investigation into these killings to ensure that those responsible are held accountable and justice is served for the victims and their families.
