Modi welcomes Trump in India with a massive rally

New Delhi- the US resident arrives at Sardar Patel stadium ahead of a 13-mile road show where a massive crowd of more than 100,000 people was awaiting his arrival. He entered the stadium, also known as Motera stadium in cheers of crowds. Roads were filled with festivity including cutouts of Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Donald Trump, colorful balloons and flags of the 2 nations.
Before a live audience, Trump was seen wearing a neon yellow tie and suit waving the crowds. He hugged the Indian premier. Ivanka, Trump’s daughter was mobbed for selfies by the energized and zealous spectators.
Modi was the first to address the event; he began by asking the hosts to repeat, “long-live” as he chanted “India-US friendship”. Modi memorized the “howdy Modi” event which he attended with Trump five months back while referring to the “historic” event. He called Trump his “friend” and maintained the world’s biggest democracy gave him a reception.
“The America-India relationship is no longer just another relationship, but an inclusive and exhaustive partnership” Modi addressed the event. The Indian prime minister praised Ivanka, and Melania Trump along with Jared Kushner, the President’s son-in-law for coming to India while he was recalling personal interactions with each of them.
Modi said “To the 1.3 billion Indians, I present to you, Donald Trump, the president of the United States of America” as he was wrapping up his speech.–Worldwide News
