US President Donald Trump paid tribute to the late Senator Lindsey Graham during a funeral service at Washington National Cathedral on Tuesday, remembering him as a steadfast advocate of American strength and an influential figure in international politics.
Speaking before a gathering of political leaders, diplomats and dignitaries, Trump described Graham as someone who firmly believed in the role of American power and faith in advancing the nation’s interests. Reflecting on the senator’s long-held foreign policy views, Trump remarked that Graham was known for supporting military engagement whenever he believed it served the country’s strategic objectives.
