Türkiye Holds Military Ceremony for Libyan Army Chief Killed in Crash
Türkiye held a military ceremony to honour the Libyan army chief who was killed in a recent crash, underscoring close defence ties between the two countries.
The ceremony took place at an airbase near Ankara and was attended by Turkish Defence Minister Yasar Guler and Chief of the General Staff Selcuk Bayraktaroglu.
Senior Officials Pay Tribute
During the event, senior military officials paid their respects to the late Libyan commander. The ceremony followed standard military protocol and reflected Türkiye’s continued cooperation with Libya’s armed forces.
