US Boosts Middle East Military Presence

US Reinforces Forces Amid Iran Tensions

WASHINGTON: The United States has begun redeploying aerial refueling aircraft to military bases across the Middle East as tensions with Iran continue to escalate following recent military exchanges.

According to Israeli media, officials believe Washington could support renewed Israeli military operations against Tehran if the security situation worsens. Reports also said Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu is expected to hold high-level security consultations with Defense Minister Israel Katz to assess the latest developments.

The military movements come after President Donald Trump suggested further US strikes against Iran remain possible, while both Washington and Tehran continue exchanging accusations and military actions linked to the Strait of Hormuz.
