GARWOLIN, POLAND – MAY 20 : Hotel Sulbin cook, Marek Rybacki (not seen) and gastronomy students prepare a meringue cake as they try to break the Polish Record of the biggest meringue cake during the 5th Garwolin Festival of Tradition and Culture in Garwolin, Poland on May 20, 2018. According to the Chef of the Sulbin Restaurant, Marek Rybacki, the record meringue will be in the form of a circle with fruit with a diameter of 2 meters. The cake will grow up in layers and its target weight is about 200 Kilograms. For its preparation were used 127 Kg of fruit, 100 Kg of cheese, 22 liters of saur cream among others ingredients.
