Georgia and US Discuss Strengthening Bilateral Relations
Irakli Kobakhidze, Prime Minister of Georgia, held a phone conversation with Marco Rubio, the US Secretary of State, to discuss ways to deepen cooperation between the two countries.
During the call, both leaders focused on strengthening bilateral ties and enhancing collaboration across key areas.

Kobakhidze emphasized the importance of renewing the partnership between Georgia and the United States. He highlighted Georgia’s role as a reliable partner in the South Caucasus and stressed the need to support regional stability and connectivity.
He also reaffirmed his government’s commitment to expanding cooperation with Washington.
Shared Security Interests
According to the US State Department, both sides discussed several areas of mutual interest. These included security concerns in the Caucasus and the Black Sea region.
The discussion reflects ongoing efforts by both countries to address regional challenges and strengthen strategic ties.
