Rawalpindi – Former Prime Minister and PTI founder Imran Khan has refused to take a lie detector test for the fourth time, citing his constitutional right against self-incrimination.
Despite the presence of his legal team, Khan declined the Lahore police’s request related to the May 9 riots probe, stalling progress in the high-profile investigation.
Police officials believe the polygraph test could help clarify Khan’s role in the violent protests, but his legal team maintains the test is unreliable and inadmissible.
The government is yet to announce its next move, as legal and political tensions continue to rise.
