Iran declares “no restrictions” in safeguarding itself after lethal Israeli assaults

Iran’s Foreign Minister Abbas Araqchi has stated that there are “no boundaries” in defending the nation following Israel’s military strikes on Iranian military targets, which were conducted in retaliation for attacks attributed to “Iran and its proxies.”

Israeli forces have withdrawn from the besieged Kamal Adwan Hospital in northern Gaza, leaving extensive destruction in the last operational medical facility in the region and taking staff and civilians hostage.

Hezbollah reported launching a drone strike on an Israeli airbase located south of Tel Aviv, while the Israeli military claimed to have targeted Hezbollah facilities in the southern Dahiyeh neighborhood of Beirut.

In Gaza, at least 42,847 individuals have died and 100,544 have been injured due to Israeli attacks since October 7, 2023. An estimated 1,139 people were killed in Israel during the assaults led by Hamas, with over 200 individuals taken captive.
